Meet Cathy Lenhardt<\/strong>, creative master always stirring up a whirlwind of energy behind the scene, but whose soul is truly at the forefront of Design Savvy! As owner of the eclectic shop that she always envisioned and was finally able to bring to life in the Fall of 2019, Cathy\u2019s talent for design and eye for decorating is apparent the minute you walk in the door.<\/p>\n

Cathy Lenhardt won the Alignable Network\u2019s Local Business Person of the year for the Trinity Chapter. Lenhardt opened her store just a few months before COVID hit and had no idea how much of an impact she would have on her customers and community.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her background in real estate and love of creating \u201ca home\u201d from a house grew from a hobby, to a passion, to a business with a purpose. Much of Cathy\u2019s ministry and community outreach is also evidenced with beautiful locally handcrafted accessories and home goods that have been sought out to be featured throughout the store. She works daily to ensure that Design Savvy always has something new, something unusual, and something you just can\u2019t resist!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Cathy\u2019s career as a real estate investor placed her in the position of acquiring a plethora of furnishings and goods, evolved into decorating and refurbishing her own home, and eventually into designing and staging for others. The well-known and well-loved collector, picker, up-cycler, and imaginative Cathy is still in high gear and it\u2019s evident in the selection of furnishings, d\u00e9cor, and unusual items that grace Design Savvy.<\/span><\/p>\n
